about us
THE JKR MISSION
At JKR Property Solutions, our mission is simple. Deliver exceptional craftsmanship with integrity, and create spaces that truly work for the people who live, work, and grow in them. As a family-run business built by two experienced carpenters, we take pride in our hands-on approach and genuine care for every client. We’re not here to do a quick job—we’re here to build lasting relationships, offer practical, high-quality solutions, and make the renovation or repair process smooth, clear, and stress-free.
What sets us apart is how we combine deep industry experience with a true passion for transforming spaces, both inside and outside. Whether it’s reworking a tired layout, creating an outdoor entertaining area, or coordinating a team of trusted trades, we approach every project with precision, professionalism, and an eye for detail. With in-house design support, we go beyond the build to help you create a finished space that’s both functional and visually elevated. For us, good enough is never good enough. We are here to exceed expectations.
MEET THe TEAM
JKR Property Solutions was founded by Jake and later joined by his brother Kye, skilled carpenters with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Coming from a family background in building, Jake and Kye grew up on the tools, learning the value of hard work, precision, and project management from day one. They are not just behind the business, but actively on the building site, driving every project with a level of care and attention that’s hard to come by.
They lead a deeply trusted network of experienced contractors and trades, thriving on creating high-quality, functional spaces for their clients. Known for being reliable, creative, and solutions-focused, the brothers brings a no-nonsense approach to every job, big or small. Building isn’t just what they do, it’s who they are.
