Jake's first job with me was during his apprenticeship about 6 years ago, when he helped build a beautiful designer shed in stunning charred black Japanese timber.

Since then, Jake has helped on multiple jobs and most recently, helped me seriously spruce up a treasured rental property bringing new life to old pergolas, changing old wooden doors to glass doors and replacing window sills and wonky doors that wouldn't close.

Jake is always very helpful with his connection to other trades, finding the right person to complete my jobs.

Jake has always been reliable and willing to listen and work with interesting design ideas. I would definitely recommend Jake.

JKR Property Solutions built us a merbau deck and replaced a brick verandah with a hard wearing wood substitute.

Jake was responsive at all times and I am delighted with the quality of the finished product.

I had the pleasure of getting Jake and his team to replace a deck in my outdoor entertaining space. From the first meeting, Jake was professional and on time. The work carried out by his team was quick, they were respectful, friendly, and did a stellar job.

I couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend them to anyone looking for decking construction.
